EMS Employment and Volunteer Opportunities in Idaho

Call or write to your EMS agency of choice to inquire about employment and volunteer opportunities. Each city, county and ambulance or fire protection district has its own way of providing services, but all must be licensed by the Idaho EMS Bureau to provide emergency medical services to their respective communities. Region 1 - Boundary, Bonner, Kootenai, Benewah and Shoshone counties
Region 2 - Latah, Clearwater, Nez Perce, Lewis and Idaho counties
Region 3 - Adams, Washington, Payette, Gem, Canyon and Owyhee counties
Region 4 - Valley, Boise, Ada and Elmore counties
Region 5 - Blaine, Camas, Gooding, Lincoln, Jerome, Minidoka, Twin Falls and Cassia counties
Region 6 - Bingham, Power, Bannock, Caribou, Oneida, Franklin and Bear Lake counties
Region 7 - Bonneville, Butte, Clark, Custer, Fremont, Jefferson, Lemhi, Madison and Teton counties
Other - Out-of-state services licensed to operate in Idaho (mostly the Idaho Panhandle, where Montana and Washington EMS areas overlap into Idaho).
