EMS References & Guides
Looking for the the right learning materials to help you grow in your career and enjoy it, too? Here are some great references for knowledge-seeking EMS students and professionals. At a minimum, I believe that an anatomy book, drug reference, field guide, and medical terminology book will be the best assets to your EMT training.
Following four books I bought during my EMT-B course. I used them frequently during the course and continue to refer to them, even after getting my Intermediate certification. In fact, I don't work a shift without my EMS Field Guide by Informed.
